By booking any of our surf packages or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. General Terms

Welcome to AloSurf! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered travel services and surf packages in Taghazout, Morocco. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.1 About AloSurf

AloSurf is an AI-powered travel assistant specializing in surf packages and travel experiences in Taghazout, Morocco. We connect travelers with local surf schools, accommodations, and experiences.

1.2 Service Area

Our primary service area is Taghazout and surrounding surf spots in Morocco. All packages and services are designed for this region.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings must be confirmed through WhatsApp communication with our team
  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due 14 days before your arrival date
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods

2.2 Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when:

  • You receive written confirmation from AloSurf
  • The required deposit has been received
  • All necessary details have been provided

2.3 Minimum Age

Participants must be at least 16 years old for surf lessons. Minors (under 18) require parental consent and must be accompanied by a guardian or have written permission.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Package Prices

All prices are quoted in Euros (โ‚ฌ) and are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include:

  • Accommodation as specified in the package
  • Surf lessons or guiding as outlined
  • Equipment rental (boards, wetsuits)
  • Meals as specified in each package
  • Transportation as mentioned

3.2 What's Not Included

  • International flights to Morocco
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
  • Personal expenses and souvenirs
  • Alcoholic beverages (unless specified)
  • Tips and gratuities

3.3 Price Changes

Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, local tax changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid, your price is guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

  • 45+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 30-44 days before arrival: 75% refund
  • 15-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund (except in exceptional circumstances)

4.2 AloSurf Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, safety, force majeure), we will offer:

  • Full refund of all payments made, OR
  • Rescheduling to alternative dates at no extra cost

4.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on your scheduled date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

5.1 Physical Requirements

Surfing is a physical activity that requires a reasonable level of fitness. Participants should:

  • Be able to swim confidently in open water
  • Have no serious medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or limitations

5.2 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED and should cover:

  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Adventure sports coverage (including surfing)
  • Personal belongings and equipment

5.3 Safety Measures

  • All surf instructors are ISA-certified
  • Safety briefings are mandatory before each session
  • Weather conditions are monitored continuously
  • Activities may be cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe

6. Liability & Responsibility

6.1 Assumption of Risk

Surfing and related activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury from waves, boards, or marine life
  • Cuts, bruises, sprains, or more serious injuries
  • Risk of drowning
  • Equipment failure

6.2 Limitation of Liability

AloSurf's liability is limited to the total amount paid for your package. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries or accidents
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
  • Actions of third-party service providers

6.3 Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
  • Respect local customs and environment
  • Take care of provided equipment
  • Report any incidents immediately

7. Accommodation & Facilities

7.1 Accommodation Standards

We partner with carefully selected surf houses and accommodations that meet our quality standards. However:

  • Room assignments are subject to availability
  • Shared rooms may be with travelers of the same gender
  • Facilities may vary between properties

7.2 House Rules

  • Respect quiet hours (typically 10 PM - 7 AM)
  • No smoking inside accommodation
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in removal

8. Equipment & Materials

8.1 Included Equipment

  • Surfboards appropriate for your skill level
  • Wetsuits (when required)
  • Basic safety equipment

8.2 Equipment Care

  • Participants are responsible for proper care of equipment
  • Damage due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the participant
  • Lost or stolen equipment must be reported immediately

9. Photography & Media

9.1 Photo/Video Policy

By participating in our programs, you consent to being photographed or filmed for:

  • Safety and instructional purposes
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Social media content

9.2 Opt-Out

If you prefer not to be featured in promotional materials, please inform us at the time of booking.

10. Changes & Modifications

10.1 Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Local circumstances
  • Operational requirements

10.2 Customer Requested Changes

Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

11. Environmental Responsibility

  • Respect marine life and coral reefs
  • Dispose of waste properly
  • Use only biodegradable sunscreen
  • Follow Leave No Trace principles

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Raise issues immediately with our on-site team
  • Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent matters
  • Submit written complaints within 30 days of your trip

12.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for:

  • Booking and service delivery
